I had a mixed experience at Dormero Hotel Hannover. The location is great for exploring the city, and I loved the ambiance created by the multicolor lighting in my room. However, the challenges with the service and inconsistent dining options really put a damper on my stay.
Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and featured a large TV, but I found the cleanliness to be a bit lacking. The lighting options were enjoyable, creating a nice atmosphere.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly, I encountered issues during check-in that were frustrating. The lack of enough staff during busy hours made the process slow and inconvenient.
Location
8.0
The hotel’s location was a major plus, being within walking distance to many of Hannover's attractions and public transport, making it easy to get around.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were disappointing. The quality of food didn't match the prices, and I was expecting more variety given the setting. Breakfast was good, though it got quite crowded.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities included a sauna and gym which I appreciated, but the breakfast prices felt high compared to the experience. There were also minor issues like not having coffee-making supplies in the room.

I had a decent experience at Dormero Hotel Hannover. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center and close to public transport. However, while my room was spacious and clean, the overall service could use some improvement, especially during busy times. Breakfast was good, though a bit pricey, and the dining options were limited in the evening.
Rooms
7.0
My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a big flat-screen TV and a refreshing non-alcoholic minibar. It was clean and quiet, which I appreciated. However, I found the bedding a bit too fluffy for my liking.
Service
5.0
The service was okay, but there were times when the staff seemed understaffed, especially during peak hours. At check-in, I noticed they could have used more help as it was slow. However, one staff member was kind enough to switch my room when I had a request.
Location
8.0
I loved the hotel's location. It was just outside the main area but within walking distance of the old town. Plus, it was close to the subway, making it easy to get around Hannover.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast spread was good, with a nice selection, although at 20 euros, it felt a bit pricey. The restaurant wasn't open in the evenings, which was disappointing since I had to go out for meals instead.
Facilities
6.0
I found the overall facilities satisfactory. They offered a free minibar, which was a nice touch, but I would have liked more evening dining options and perhaps a bar that was actually open.

I had a very comfortable stay at Dormero Hotel Hannover, which is conveniently located near public transport and several shops. The staff were friendly, but I did encounter some issues with reception during my check-in process. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, making my overall experience quite enjoyable. 🌟
Rooms
9.0
The room was spacious and had a large 50-inch TV, which I loved. The ability to change the lighting to various colors added a fun touch, but I wish they had brighter lights for reading.
Service
7.0
I found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful, although my experience with reception wasn't the best due to some confusion regarding my booking.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is excellent, with a tram stop right outside that takes you to the city center quickly.
Dining
8.0
Dining was a mixed experience; while breakfast had a wide selection, some items were cold on the weekend. The late-night burger I ordered had great quality, though.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, but I felt the housekeeping service could have been more attentive during my stay.
